OPA's new VINE Initiative is designed to help postdocs and emerging psychologists offset the significant costs associated with entering licensed practice in Oklahoma. Funds will support full or partial licensure awards, with recipients also expected to become involved with OPA—making VINE both a workforce-development initiative and an investment in the association's next generation of leaders.

Past President Dr. Glenna Stumblingbear-Riddle has added an incentive: her business will match $25 for each donation received, up to the amount needed to fund one licensure award. The goal is to raise enough support for three awards, with applications due January 1, 2027.
